Monitor the trend of contingencies and verifies that no shortages are foreseen.Validates measures of installed quantities with Contractor in full accordance with the contractual method of measurement; preparing progress valuations, reports and forecasts to completion of all activitiesIssues a weekly material status report to the Project Management Team.Maintains a register of material issues and participate to their prompt resolution.Expedites required documentation to handover to Contractor or receive from contractor when related to material.Contributes to close-out report, including disposition of left-over material.Attends to meeting as requsested by ManagementProfileQualifications Preferred: Diploma in Civil Engineering or land surveying Training and experience in quantities control and material management and storage.Knowledge and/or Experience 10+ years of experience in quantities survey on earthworks civil infrastructure works. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus. Hand-on experience with topographic surveys and site earthworks measurement. Previous experience and understanding of applied project controls in a re-measurable contract environment (maintly quantity and quality controls) Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT. pplication and in depth knowledge of project specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.Technical and Business Skills A good proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to communicate with Contractor?s team and obtain required information as requested by his supervisor/manager.
