Reviews maintenance daily list of notifications, verifying information correctness and suggest for improvement.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring that all materials, equipment, tools, permits, resources and logistic are available before job is started.
Ensures to process the corrective work order as per the work priority approved by the COPT (Collaboration operation prioritization team) . Make necessary liaison with respective job officer or Inspections to process the work order for scope and make the order available for scheduler to schedule.
Entails visits to sites, liaising with maintenance, operation, and facilities personnel.
Communicate with maintenance engineer/senior Tech to verify notification completion, work order completion with details of accounting information (man-hours/materials utilized) and technical history (work carried out, fault diagnosed, failure code and failure mode).
Communicate with maintenance engineer/ senior Tech for the required sub work orders for support services like Rigging, scaffolding, Insulation etc., to coincide with the work order scheduling.
Co-ordinates all day-to-day maintenance work carried out by Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments for effective and timely execution of the work in order to maximum usage of resources.
Prepares integrated plant maintenance weekly schedule inclusive of all PM, Condition Monitoring, Inspections and Corrective maintenance work.
To Ensure integrated weekly maintenance draft schedule is discussed, coordinated and reviewed for execution during the weekly coordination meeting for resource loading and operational availability.
Track and monitor in progress jobs under execution and take steps like rescheduling to following week if not completed during the current planning week. Report Maintenance Backlog on monthly basis and take steps in collaboration with area operations to reschedule Maintenance Ready work sitting in backlog.
