Primary Purpose of the JobResponsible for the supervision of the Nursing team for the duration of a shift within a Clinic in ensuring delivery of the highest quality Nursing Care to all patients according to QatarEnergy procedures and guidelines.Required Experience and Skills:Eligible for Qatar license to practice nursing.Additional professional qualifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification are preferred.Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification.Train the trainer or clinical skills certification is preferred.Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.Evidence of leadership skills, applied knowledge, and management capabilities.Working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Word.Evidence of ongoing professional development.Proficiency in written and verbal English.Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Educational Qualifications:Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3-year certified training or BSc Nursing.Note: You will be redirected to the companys website to complete your application.
