Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across the project.Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Lead safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending corrective actions.Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.Promote a safety culture among all project personnel.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or relevant field.10+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in large infrastructure or oil & gas projects.Proven track record of leading HSE initiatives in Qatar or similar environments.Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and incident management.Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
