- Degree in Instrumentation Engineering- Should have a minimum 13 - 15 years experience in Oil and Gas plant with multi-discipline experience in carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning in operating plants involving RTU, PLCs, control system, F&G systems, and Radio tele communication.- Should be capable of preparing commissioning engineering documents/method statements.- Should be capable of review of Engineering deliverables- Having knowledge on Opercom methodology is added advantage
