Job Description

Job SummaryThe Spa Therapist is responsible for providing provide professional wellness therapies, beauty treatments and massage treatments to Spa clients. This role also ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa. The Spa Therapists responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests? needs.Job Responsibilities 1

  1. Performs different spa services such as body treatments, massages, hair removals, facials, pedicure and manicure
  2. Manages the working equipment and sample inventory of products
  3. Manages client files
  4. Manages and keep the room cleaned and stocked
  5. Resolves guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor
  6. Performs upselling when appropriate and suggests treatments to customers based on their needs
  7. Ensures adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
  8. Ensures to keeps up to date with latest trends and best practices.

  • Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
  • Experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, hair removal and other face and body beauty treatments
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of deep meditation and relaxation
