Job Description

Job SummaryOur client is looking for a full-time Senior Sous Chef with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering exceptional quality food. You will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment which requires a high consistency level in service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Good knowledge of stock levels and ability to adapt orders to maintain GP.
  • Strong knowledge of Allergens and Food Hygiene
  • Ability to manage a kitchen of team of between 5-12 in the Head Chefs absence.
  • Exceptional understanding of fast paced service with the ability sync the kitchen and front of house.
