Soft Services SupervisorJob Location : QatarResponsibilities:?Assist Management in developing a first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites.?Ensure adherence to all standards and procedures and implementation of any changes.?Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out expertly.?Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis?Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.?Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.?Coordinate with operations so all activities meet and integrate with the group?s requirements.?Ensure chemical and tools handling safety is strictly applied to all activities.?Support the Performance Officers in the implementation of new policies and procedures.?Assist in identifying, developing, implementing, and reviewing FM based solutions that clearly demonstrate added value to the Client?s requirements.?Promote culture of continuous improvement and best practice strategies to ensure a consistently high level of service delivery, response times and contract compliance to aid the operations team.Requirements:?Hospitality Certification. Must be fluent in the use of Microsoft office for presentations and reports.?Minimum 5 years in Supervisory or leadership role in Facility Management environment?BICs Certified, OSHA safety course.?Diploma in Hospitality or Janitorial?Candidates having valid QID with Transferable visa
