Job Summary:-? Qualification: Diploma / Degree in any relevant field, And 2 years full training in a technical institute as an apprentice, holder of a recognized diploma.? Experience: 8 years as site coordinator for heavy equipment in the Oil and Gas industry.? Responsibilities:-? Scope of Job: Supervise the day-to-day field activities of the Plant and Equipment, acting under the role of Performing authority Supervisor (PAS) for the Lifting, Rigging. Shifting, loading, and offloading activities according to DEL Corporate PTW Governing Procedure IMS-HS-HSE-PR- 00043 .? Supervise & coordinate simultaneous field activities of the heavy lifts and Equipment on plant site smoothly such as Lifting, Rigging, Shifting, loading, and offloading of materials, etc., as per plan. Ensures safety of heavy equipment, material as well as all personnel present in the site.? Site Coordinator shall be responsible for all rigging plans preparation, safe and successful execution of rigging activities, heavy equipment movement, in the plant.? Site Coordinator shall apply for all required Permit to Work (PTW) under the role of Performing Authority Supervisor (PAS) to execute the site activities through DEL Permit to Work System, according to DEL Corporate PTW Governing Procedure IMS- HS-HSE-PR-00043 .? Must have strong administrative and supervisory skills to schedule, monitor and control of the heavy equipment, lifting operations and team personnel for field execution scope, safely.? Site coordinator must have professional experience and competency, to act as an appointed person or focal point nominated by Contractors management in overall control & supervise all types the lifting operations execution and heavy equipment jobs.? Coordinate the Third-Party Inspections and Certification of the Plant and equipment, Tackles, and supplies.? Manage the Services and Maintenance activities on the Plant and Equipment as per OEM Manual and submit such reports to workshop Specialist.? Coordinate the inspections of the Plant and Equipment by DEL CPLO and HSE for the DEL access stickers issuance.? Conduct site Inspection and audits on the Plant and Equipment and site activities.? Coordinate the Equipment Registration of the Plant and Equipment according to the law and regulations of the state of Qatar.? Coordinate the emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, lighting repairs, replacement of belts, chains, seals, hoses, wires, spark plugs, fluids, etc.? Arrange transportation, food, accommodation, training, certifications, and gate passes of the Contractors personnel (inclusive of sub-Contractor?s personnel).? Prepare and submit the time sheets and leave schedule of Contractors personnel (inclusive of sub-Contractor?s personnel), for due processing.?
