Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestAs a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site/propertyAs a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Deploying, planning, and executing of field resources to meet customer and business metrics Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalated Developing long range forecast for region resource needs Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments (including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development) Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders Handling complex medium term project processes and important business unit clients Complying with HS&E regulations at all timesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Tubular Running Services and Casing Running Services Have a Bachelors degree or higher Display strong written and oral English & communication skills Display strong interpersonal and leadership skills Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions Have the ability to lead programs/projects - established project management skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
