The responsibilities of the role will be as follows: Coordinate with relevant utilities agencies, departments and applicable authorities with mandated authority over the programme and ensure that all permits and NOCs are in place by the GECs for the project to move forward. Assist in managing utility agencies and services providers, throughout the life cycle of the programme.The Senior Utilities Engineer will lead Stakeholders team to liaise with Utility providers for PWA projects.Assist in the coordination with relevant government agencies, departments and applicable authorities with mandated authority over the programme and in managing stakeholder relations, both internal and external throughout the life cycle of the programme. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience, have a degree in Engineering and be familiar with Qatars Utilities design & Construction requirements, as well as Kahrama Utilities requirements. Candidates must be MME Registered or will be qualified to apply for MME Certification. Arabic speakers preferred.
