Charterhouse has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Training and Development Specialist to work for a Semi-Government organisation in Qatar.In this role you will draft, design and implement training guidelines, policies and procedures as well as the delivery and execution of all Training and Development courses. You will handle training needs analysis, the identification and selection of external training solutions and the formulation, planning and delivery of all internal training, leadership and development programmes. You will also assist in the preparation of the training budgets and provide periodic reports reflecting the training and development needs and the recommendations of the Training and Development solutions across the centres. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should be Degree educated, bilingual in Arabic and English and have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Training and Development Specialist. You should be based in Qatar and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as experience in all aspects of training and development including; planning, designing, delivery and administration. You should also have solid knowledge of the local Labour Laws and regulations along with a good understanding of the Qatari culture.
