Job SummaryTo supervise and oversee the Trade Finance team as well as the trade finance transactions & services.Job Responsibilities 1Supervises the Trade Finance team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of expected tasks.Manages and oversees the trade finance reports (e.g., facility limits, utilization, and exposure) on a daily basis.Handles any point of escalations related to the processes in Trade FinanceEnsures timely and safe handling of Trade Finance Instruments? transactions, in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits.Ensures that Trade instruments received/issued are in compliance with Group Treasury Policies and Procedures.Ensures that transaction details are recorded to the General Ledger and the Banks Letter of Credit systemConducts relationships that will enhance the overall efficiency of the company.Acts as the liaison with Accountants, customers, and correspondent banks to settle all related documents.
