You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Sr. Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversighting of unit allocation, planning, and execution.
  • Being the operational focal point for the client.
  • Managing and developing the personnel.
  • Ensuring HSE is being followed.
  • Ensuring adherence to PL financial planning and execution.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
  • Ensuring Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
  • Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.
  • Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
  • Have 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and in Drilling roles (Directional Drilling/Drilling Engineer).
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator.
  • Have experience with ExxonMobil and other international oil companies (offshore).
  • Have experience with start-ups (preferred).
  • Have experience with Extended Reach Drilling.
  • Have experience in understanding and executing contracts.
  • Have experience in position of supervision / coordination of drilling.
  • Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards Drilling Services.
  • Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling.
  • Be fluent in English.
