Job Summary

To achieve financial and non-financial sales targets of all the assigned products.
Understand customer?s requirements and advise solutions based on the policies and guidelines set by the Bank
Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.

Key Accountabilities

Acquire new business relationships (employer/organization) and explore associated opportunities.
Present banking products and services to potential companies/ customers.
Provide quality service to customers/ companies at their door step

Other Accountabilities

Manage relationships with assigned CB@Work/ non CB@Work companies/ key contacts as per bank?s given guidelines.
Identify the potential companies for listing under ?Approved List?, obtain required documents and prepare the file.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in retail banking products
