The Senior Ride Technician is responsible in overseeing the maintenance, safety, and performance of rides and attractions to ensure an optimal guest experience while upholding industry standards and regulations. They lead a team of technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate maintenance projects to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Job Responsibilities 1
Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs.
Perform daily inspections on rides, attractions, elevators and disassembles motors and their controls.
Work on computer controlled equipment.
Fill out inspection and work order forms and cleans ride areas.
Use, store and dispose paint, oil, solvents and other chemicals.
Use micrometer, calipers, volt ohmmeters and other precise measuring devices.
Maintain and repair gears, gearboxes and gear motors.
