Senior Planning EngineerJob Location : QatarQualifications:?Bachelor of Engineering with proven project management and execution experience, familiar with construction contract management and site?planning.?Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in the oil and gas industry.?Manage the coordination, planning and interface activities of the assigned project and to ensure that they are performed in accordance with company?policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and best work practices.?Manage all technical Interfaces within Divisions and Partners/Shareholders, ensure comprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests, and meets?Project objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.?Coordinates inputs from the assigned project?s EPC Contractor, engineering and construction teams to receive timely approvals of technical work packs?submitted to the project team.?Experience in project interface management; green & brown field projects execution and technical coordination .?Familiar with Permit to Work requirements of Industrial Cities and the Gas Plant.
