Job SummaryThe Senior Leasing Executive (Mall) is responsible for˙managing the leasing activities and tenant relationships within a shopping mall. This role is responsible for attracting and retaining a diverse mix of tenants, optimizing occupancy rates, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the mall.Job Responsibilities 1Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract a diverse range of tenants that align with the malls brand and target audience.Identify opportunities for enhancing the malls tenant mix and retail offerings.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, understanding their needs and addressing concerns promptly.Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, negotiations, and lease renewals.Identify and target potential tenants based on market trends, customer preferences, and the malls positioning.Develop outreach strategies to attract new retailers, restaurants, and entertainment options.Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, fit-out allowances, and other terms and conditions.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease agreements are accurate and compliant.Stay informed about market trends, retail competition, and emerging concepts to position the mall competitively.Conduct market research to identify trends and potential tenants.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to curate a balanced and appealing tenant mix that caters to the malls target audience.Job Responsibilities 2Evaluate the performance of current tenants and propose changes to enhance the overall tenant portfolio.Facilitate lease renewal negotiations, coordinating with existing tenants to ensure smooth transitions and retention.Identify opportunities for lease extensions and upselling to existing tenants.Work with marketing teams to coordinate tenant-driven events, promotions, and activations that enhance the malls vibrancy and customer engagement.Analyze leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue generation.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate leasing strategies and outcomes.Coordinate tenant fit-outs, space allocations, and move-ins to ensure a seamless leasing process.Address tenant-related concerns related to space planning and operations.Collaborate with property management, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive leasing efforts and alignment with overall mall objectives.
