Qualification:Diploma in Electrical EngineeringExperience Required:Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Generator Technician.Specialized in the operation and maintenance of high-capacity diesel power generators (1600 KVA and above).Previous experience in data center environments or other mission-critical facilities will be an added advantage.Key Requirements:Extensive experience in the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel generators.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, ATS and LV switchgear.Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficientlyFamiliarity with safety standards and maintenance procedures for power generation equipmentExperience in handling emergency breakdowns and ensuring uninterrupted power supply.Familiarity with Load Bank testing & fuel system management.Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and electrical layout drawings for maintenance and troubleshooting.SkillsPreferred Skills:Preparation of service reports.Good technical reporting and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
