Job Description

Job Summary:We seek an experienced Senior FM Estimator to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for facilities management (FM) contracts. The role includes estimating costs for (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services, preventive and corrective maintenance, and other FM services. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure proposals meet project specifications while providing clear, data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for FM contracts, focusing on services, maintenance, and operational services.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to gather and verify data for accurate cost estimation.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and align proposals with specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FM industry standards, cost structures, and service contracts.
