  1. FFE Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the procurement, maintenance, and optimization of FFE items across the organization.
  2. Procurement Excellence: Lead FFE procurement efforts, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  3. Budget Management: Manage the FFE budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with financial constraints.
  4. Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with FFE suppliers and contractors, overseeing their performance and ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Asset Inventory: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate inventory of FFE assets, tracking depreciation, and recommending replacements or upgrades as necessary.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all FFE items meet company standards and contribute to a functional environment.
  7. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all FFE items adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FFE requirements with departmental needs and project timelines.
  9. Project Management: Oversee FFE-related projects, including installations, renovations, and relocations, to ensure they are executed smoothly.
