CLIENTLinum Consults client is an international company currently seeking an English- and Arabic-speaking Senior Executive Assistant to join their office in Doha.RESPONSIBILITIESWriting and editing minutes, drafting or typing reports and correspondences in order to ensure consistencyAnswering telephone calls and giving appropriate information to callers, as well as screening and routing calls, and placing outgoing callsAssisting in the establishment of accurate digital records in the form of databases, spreadsheets, or key filesHandling the VPs day-to-day time schedule, making sure there are no meeting conflicts and resolving any issues where necessaryMaintaining the VPs calendar and scheduling meetings accordinglyCoordinating with the Travel department in order to organise travel, transportation, and hotel accommodations for senior staffPerforming day-to-day administrative support; maintaining and updating computerised records of the departments activities REQUIREMENTS: PROFILEAt least 5-8 years experience in an Executive Assistant role, working for a highly regarded international and multicultural companyPrevious experience of working for C-Level Executives, VPs or Executive DirectorsStrong holistic understanding of business processes and organisationExcellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishExcellent IT skills, especially archiving software and MS OfficeStrong multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure and to prioritise tasksAPPLICATION PROCESSIf you fulfil the minimum requirements stipulated by our client and are confidentially interested in applying then please drop Linum Consult a line with a copy of your CV and contact details to middle.east@linumconsult.com for the attention of Francis Ryan.
