Responsible for estimation of bid in Welding & Fabrication division.
Job Scope:
Responsible for no employees.
Deal internally with procurement & other department heads.
Deal externally with suppliers, subcontractors & customers.
Estimation
Responsible for bid preparation, co ordination with Engineering, procurement, sub contractors and other discipline Engineers and also responsible to estimate, co ordinate and complete the bid preparation process prior to the review of the same with the Manager.
Proficiency in estimation of fabrication & welding jobs.
Review tender documents assessing scope, risks involved and tender complexity using the (APQP-NPI) process were applicable.
Prepare laser, folding and fabrication tenders (inc planned routes and materials as appropriate).
