Manage & Supervise the Operational & Maintenance requirement of Data Center facilities;
Prepare policy, process and governance for data center
3.???Initiates improvements and enhancements to data center facilities
Prepare Budget planning & Operational Expense Programs and optimization;
Facility Operational Tools & systems administration like GENETEC, IPSOTEK, LENEL, EASY LOBBY etc) and facility management with CAFM & DCIM;
Maintain and manage the technical documentation system for the management of all facilities and maintenance information in relation to Ooredoo facilities and assets
Manage & audit Vendors/Contractors in compliance to the KPI/SLA Agreement pertaining to Preventive, Corrective Maintenance & Incident Response Activities and all contractual obligations;
Implement Risk Management Plan on the facilities related to redundancy availability for power & cooling and other critical facility services
Prepare MOPs & SOPs and regular updates, raise Change Request
Conduct analysis of Incidents, alarm, faults occurrence, understanding trends on root causes and mitigating the issues.
Conduct regular systems health checks on facilities systems;
Manage facility power utilization efficiency;
Provide written reports related to activities in weekly & Monthly basis, like Issue tracking reports, PM Activities
Implement Energy Management on Facilities periodically.
Ensure the strict implementation of Site access & Security process;
Provide 24x7 immediate support on-calls during emergency cases and escalation;
Ensure compliances with clients requirement & authorities/standards.
Project coordination, meetings, site visits and supervision
?Site monitoring for HSSE & QC Overall operational requirement in general.
