Working on large-scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly stretch capabilities and improve.Bringing Technology to lifeAs a Senior Drilling Advisor, you are responsible for post sales support to optimize drilling performance and the overall service delivery.You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support ?? Resolves post sales Technical Issues
  • Communicating across organization, presenting to senior leaders and cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have the technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region, based on predefined contracts and frameworks. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 10+ years of experience as an application engineer and within drilling roles (directional drilling), working for different drilling environments (Offshore).
  • Have experience with ExxonMobil and other International oil companies.
  • Have extended reach drilling experience.
  • Have Extensive Motor and RSS experience.
  • Have customer management experience.
  • Have the ability to develop and mentor small technical teams
  • Have excellent verbal and written skills required for report creation for customers and internal teams.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Working at the base or work location when not at a customer off-shore location
  • This role is working with our customers off-shore in locations. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns. When projects or schedules are complete
  • This role has a offshore rotational shift pattern. Please talk to us about the specific working patterns
