Key Roles & Responsibilities? Coordinate the delivery teams within the soft services areas? Oversee day to day running of Site Soft Services in respect of Catering, Cleaning, Contract Procurement & Housekeeping? Provide innovations and comparisons to market trends and forecast, advise management accordingly? Manage, report and monitor performance and accounts to ensure control of spending and budgets? Forecast, budget and prepare month end reports for management? Manage and develop a strong site shift team, ensuring that contractor staff receive guidance, supporting and recognizing their development needs through regular appraisals, reviews, and personal development plans? Manage the pest control, cleanleness and hygene of the GYM equipment in coordination with the GYM care taker? Manage the GYM access as per the Real Estate requirements? Perform other job-related duties as assignedEducation & Professional Qualification:Minimum diploma holder or relevantBICSc certificate or equivalent is preferredProfessional Experience:Minimum 5 year?s experience in facilities management, and previous experience of managing a facilities management team in soft servicesGeographic Experience:Relevant professional experience in QatarComputer Skills:Good knowledge of Office and web applicationsLanguage Skills:- Business fluent English (verbal and written)Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:Not required
