Senior Concept Design EngineerRoles and Responsibilities:•Lead and coordinate the conceptual design process from ideation to final presentation.•Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.•Ensure that design concepts align with project objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements.•Manage and mentor the Concept Design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.•Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.•Oversee the preparation of conceptual design documentation, including sketches, renderings, and presentations.•Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for the Concept Design phase.Qualifications :•more than 15+ years of experience, preferable will be given to some with Consultant Background.📠Location : Qatar
