Our client, a Top 50 are currently looking for an ambitious fee-earner to join their Finance & Banking department. The Firm currently acts for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions. They are currently working with a portfolio of household names and will continue to grow across the region and emerging markets.Responsibilities:You will take a lead role on a variety of transactions across a range of sectorsBuild and maintain client relationshipsContribute to business developmentCoach and mentor junior members of the teamContribute to thought leadership and raise the profile of the firm externally REQUIREMENTS: Required Experience, Skills And Attributes:Strong academic record, including a degree or equivalent4 - 7PQE levelExtensive, in-depth technical knowledge of finance transactionsExperience to lead finance transactionsYou will ideally have experience of working with international clients in the finance sectorAbility to work with a degree of independenceExceptional drafting skills and legal research abilityGCC experience with a Top 50 Law FirmPersonal Qualities:Dedicated to exceptional client serviceExcellent business development abilityStrong problem solving and decision making skills, coupled with good business awarenessExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrate initiative and drive and take control of own career developmentYou will be a team player and sociable
