Employment: Full Time Job Profile:Have design knowledge combined with high-level drawing skills to develop building plans.Duties and Responsibilities:-Present creative concepts to clients on behalf of the design team.-Participate and work closely with clients to update them with on-going development and make sure that the designs match their needs.-Producing detailed drawings.-Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists.-Dealing with problems that might come up during the building or design stage.-Ability to understand and draft technical plans.-Create architectural conceptual designs (Sketches/CAD/2D layouts/3D models).-Daily follow-ups and coordination with the Head of Production Department.-Carries out similar or related duties as assigned by the Head of Department. REQUIREMENTS: -Living in Qatar with NOC-Bachelors degree in Architecture.-5+ years of professional work experience.-Understanding of other departments roles and abilities (including third parties)-Understanding technical detailing-Structural knowledge-Contractual knowledge-Ability to make decisions on the spot-Ability to communicate effortlessly
