Manage implementation of area/site security services and staff supervision for effective organization, management and deployment of security personnel.
Check if the Security Supervisors/ Security Guards are efficiently performing their job in accordance to Client?s Site Instruction and company policy.
Attend to queries and complaints by Client?s Staff/Representative, Supervisors and Security Guards. Take appropriate action for prompt resolution of any problems on site involving security services.˙
Represent the company by attending client?s request for urgent or regular security meeting on site.
Draw a possible recommendation to strengthen client?s site security policy and procedure.
Formulate and recommend changes for improvement of security personnel?s shifting and duty timing.
Prepare Reports of investigation, security activities and site security development as necessary or as required by company or client.
Conduct random ocular inspection of site security records, supervisors and security staff.
Recommend imposition of disciplinary actions against undisciplined and reoffender staff.˙˙
Conduct regular check and inventory of security systems and portable radios and other equipment to ensure smooth flow of security operation and communications.
Expeditious coordination, dissemination and implementation of direct instructions received from the authorized representative of the client.
Maintain records/documentations of Site Security Staff files, s, minutes of meeting, Office Memorandum, Client?s Letter/Communication, Client?s Visiting Sheets, Site Security policies, Site Instructions, Security Policy Updates/Amendments, Requisitions, Incident Reports and security records of activities.˙˙
Assume direct responsibilities on site in case of emergency situation/disaster for the smooth flow of security communication and management of security personnel.˙Take the necessary action for the effective implementation of emergency procedures and evacuation plan.
Ensures that site security instructions / requirements are effectively communicated and understood by security shift supervisors.
