Northrop Grumman is in need of a Security Training Support specialist for Qatar.Responsibilities: Manages and facilitates individual and collective security training for members Oversee training and certifications of the resource augmentation duty (READY) personnel Organizes, directs, and coordinates the unit commanders education and training program · Monitors Career Development Course (CDC) enrollments and testing Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits throughout the unit and provides commander direct feedback on the quality of training Conducts in-processing and collects/verifies training documents of all new arrivals; Coordinates all initial base in-processing requirements Interfaces with all levels of corporate and government management personnel Champion security requirements, risks, and solutions and drive constructive change within the organization.Basic Qualifications:* High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience* Active SECRET security clearance* Valid U.S. Drivers License* 4 years experience Air Force Security Forces or similar experience* AF Principles of Instructors Course or similar military instructor course.Preferred Qualifications:* Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense. * Excellent oral and written communication skills* Results-oriented and resilient outlook* Strong relationship-building, managerial, and collaborative skills* Must possess or be able to obtain a current U.S. Passport* Associates Degree in the related or similar career field* Must be a Basic Graduate of the Air Force Security Forces Academy or similar training academy* Must have a working knowledge of the USAF Security Force career field operations to ensure execution of the task order or similar working knowledge - Be part of a culture that thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work.- Use your skills to build and deliver innovative tech solutions that protect the world and shape a better future.- Enjoy benefits like work-life balance, education assistance and paid time off.Your PrivacyPrivacy Preference Center Manage Consent PreferencesAlways Active
