DescriptionThe role of Section Manager position in Monoprix division will be responsible in achieving the short to medium term objectives of the Department. He is expected to deliver excellent customer-servicing, maximising selling opportunities and profits at all times in his section, ensuring excellent visual standards and product availability in the section. Ensure execution of established safety, quality and store operation policies, procedures and practices. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- BA/BS graduate. - Good English communication skills; Bilingual a preference (e.g. English, Arabic and French if possible)- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Gold Retail System- With 4-6 years of experience in related business i.e. Carrefour & Spinneys, with the last 3 years in Section Supervisory/Managerial level depending on store size and structure.- GCC experience preferred. - Ability to multi-task and can think outside the box generating fresh concepts (i.e. sales)
