Key Responsibilities:Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with project teams to meet schedule and quality requirements.Inspect scaffolding for safety and stability regularly.Maintain scaffolding records and documentation.Train and supervise scaffolding crew members.Report progress and issues to project management.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in Oil & Gas or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and regulations.Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and plans.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
