DescriptionReport any hazards, incidents, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.Ensure scaffolding is stable, level, and securely anchoredFollow technical drawings, instructions, and specifications for scaffolding layoutAssemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per site requirementsDesired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Scaffolder (Gulf experience preferred).Knowledge of different types of scaffolding (tube & clamp, frame, system scaffolds)Physically fit and able to work at heights safely.Good teamwork and communication skills.Safety-conscious and familiar with PPE and fall protection measures.
