We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffolder to assemble, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient installation of scaffolding systems in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and safety guidelines.Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures at various heights.Inspect scaffolding and safety equipment regularly to ensure safety and compliance.Ensure all scaffolding work adheres to local safety regulations and standards.Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment effectively.Collaborate with other construction team members and follow project timelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar role.Knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety standards, and regulations.Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.Strong attention to safety protocols.Relevant certifications or licenses
