Job Purpose:

Supervise the business requirement gathering and analysis activities to ensure clear specifications are driving the implementation.
Ensure the design and implementation activities follow best practices and answer requirements.
Perform quality assurance & quality control of all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and support the test and deployment of the new solution, including cut-over and change management activities
Collaborates and communicates with all stakeholders on key activities to drive progress.
Work in the SuccessFactors project team, along with the project manager and HR /DBS SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
Although there are no subordinates, the incumbents will be working closely with the selected third-party which will implement SAP SuccessFactors.
Take an active part in the project activities to align stakeholders and drive success.
Document and transfer knowledge of the implementation to SMEs
Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
