Candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the following Successfactors modules such as Core HR option, Compensation, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics & Time Tracking.
Knowledge of HCM and payroll business processes, tasks, and underlying table structure
Good breadth of knowledge across the application and integration with S4 HANA
Experience and expose on agile methodologies.
Ability to map business process to the system.
Ability to specify and playback requirement.
Strong Analytic skills
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Identify system design needs and configure system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborates with internal clients for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation.
HR Dashboard development in partnership with HR Process Improvement Team
Knowledge of designing the elements of payroll.
Work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions.
