Job Description

Looking for a salon receptionist that will be the face of our salon. The receptionist will be the first contact person by the client either by phone or face to face.Salon Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Host clients by welcoming and greeting them to the salon with a happy and friendly face, either by phone or in person.
  • Regular Knowledge of Instagram, facebook, tiktok
  • Book client appointments by phone, messages, and media
  • Process transaction (cash or credit card) and issue receipt
  • Provide services to the client
  • Receive and respond to all team and clients comments and complains.
  • Report any security or against rules action to the management.
  • Maintain confidentiality to all salon members and employs.
  • Entertain client by providing the music that fits the salon standards.
  • Make sure everything is well organized and by the salon standard.
  • Promote all offers to client and selling product
