Located in the heart of Doha Old Town, Kimpton Al Rowda Doha will be the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand?s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this charming and vibrant area of town. Just a stone?s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.Your team?s scheduled sales calls for that day. This provides managers with insight into the sales opportunities currently in your team?s pipeline. As needed, you can provide pre-call coaching, support on larger contracts, and assistance with more complex sales. - Your own meetings calendar. To mentally prepare for the day and plan projects in between appointments, sales managers should take stock of their calendar. That way you know when you can start, stop, and resume different tasks. The best sales managers also leave room for spontaneity as new opportunities arise, allowing them to take a more agile approach to sales and staff management. - Your inboxes, A high priority will be to respond via email and phone calls to any inbound customer inquiries as well as ongoing client discussions. After all, clients tend to favour reps who are the most responsive and prioritize service over sales. Then you can address administrative tasks or snooze them for later in the day. - Your news feed. It is important that you stay in tune with internal company memos, competitor and industry news, and customer updates. That way, you can summarize the highlights, along with customer-facing talking points, so your reps are prepared for conversations that you have throughout the day. This minimizes the risk that salespeople will walk into meetings not knowing a competitor changed prices or launched a new offering.- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business. - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. - 5 years of experience in sales in the same role at least 3 years of them in the relative industries. - Excellent leadership skills. - Experience setting sales goals. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?
