This is a sales-focused role where you will be the key driver of revenue growth for our waterproofing portfolio. You will achieve this by thoroughly understanding customer needs, effectively promoting our technical expertise in waterproofing systems, and securing profitable contracts for diverse construction and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors, targeting key stakeholders.
  • Develop and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads and accurately assessing project potential.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across the construction and infrastructure landscape.
  • Thoroughly understand customer waterproofing requirements through site visits, consultations, and review of project documentation.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored waterproofing solutions using ENIMs comprehensive product portfolio.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our waterproofing offerings, emphasising key performance characteristics and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals that precisely meet customer project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Skill-fully negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms and maximizing profitability.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, generating repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Provide expert support and advice to customers on the proper selection, application, and maintenance of our waterproofing products.
