Job Description
Develops business plan and strategy for JCB Power Products that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability
Add new customers & follow up with them to achieve required target & volumes.
Visit new potential customers to develop customer?s base, solicit order and process enquiries
Achievement of agreed monthly / annual sales target and profit objectives
Consistent develop and growth of sales, profitability, and market share
Effective monthly sales campaigns
Visit existing customers on a regular scheduled basis to solicit orders, collect cash payment, and process inquiries
Initiates and coordinates development and implementation of marketing plan as needed.
Other responsibilities and duties may be agreed and allocated from time to time
Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance as assigned product
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Maintains accurate record of all pricings, sales activity reports related to his franchises
Creates and conducts proposal presentations
At all times operates in a responsible manner, projecting an image of sincerity and professionalism
Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interest or objectives
Attend meetings, conferences and training sessions required for his assigned franchise
Maintain effective communication with all customers, colleagues and suppliers
