This sales-focused role drives revenue growth for our large-scale HVAC solutions by understanding customer needs, promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable contracts for complex HVAC projects.Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using ENIMs applied HVAC systems.
  • Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms and maximizing profitability.
  • Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
