Position: Sales Engineer urgently required for a Dairy company in Oman Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial andoilfield services or related sectors in Qatar or the GCC region. Salary : ( Basic 5000 QAR +Accommodation Allowance 2250 QAR+Car Allowance 2100 QAR +Mobile Allowance 200 QAR +Special Allowance 500 QAR + Yearly Ticket + other Benefits)Language Requirement : English, Hindi Education : Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).Skills: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, including Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, power plants, water treatment, and other industrial sectors. Meet or exceedsales targets and KPIs as assigned by the Sales Manager. Generate leads throughnetworking, cold calls,market research, and participation in industryevents. Sales and Execution Create detailed sales plans to achieve monthly,quarterly, and annualtargets. Track and analyzesales performance, preparing regular reports for management. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g.,procurement, wareshousing) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Coordinate with transport/clearing agents to ensuretimely delivery of products. Client Relationship Management Establish and maintainstrong relationships with key clients,contractors, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contactfor clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical guidance, and resolving issues. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and proactive communication.
