Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, and amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the companys sales targets.
Manage typical conversion rate, sales calls, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
Interact with the customer for product offering, and brand awareness on time to time basis through meetings and calls.
Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
