Job Description

-This is for a newly established material testing company of Mannai in KSA.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Regularly inspect the workplace to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
  1. Employee Training:
  • Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Ensure that employees are informed about safety protocols and best practices.
  1. Incident Response:
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of incidents and analyze trends to prevent future occurrences.
  1. Safety Culture Promotion:
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness, encouraging employees to actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Organize safety meetings and workshops to discuss safety concerns and updates.
  1. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay current on safety regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the organization adheres to local, state, and federal laws.
  • Prepare and submit safety reports as required.
