Rigging Supervisor - OffshoreJob Location: QatarNationality: Asian Nationals PreferredRequirements:•Valid Rigging Supervisor - TPC•Valid T-BOSIET and Offshore training•Offshore Experience is a must.•Local Hire with Valid QID only.•Able to join immediately•Able to get DVC and GATEPASS approval from sponsor.Key Responsibilities:•Oversee all rigging and lifting activities, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.•Work with rigging teams and crane operators to safely move equipment and materials.•Conduct pre-lift meetings, assess risks, and identify hazards.•Inspect rigging equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.•Plan and supervise critical lifts, including load assessments and proper equipment use.•Keep accurate records of lifting operations and report any issues.Desired Skills & Experience:Requirements:•Proven experience in offshore rigging supervision in oil and gas.•Certified in Rigging and Lifting Operations.•Offshore certifications (T-BOSIET/H2S/Confined Space and offshore medical clearance).•Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Preferred:•Experience with heavy equipment and critical lifts offshore.•Knowledge of crane operations and maintenance.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
