As a direct sales executive, the person needs to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, promote products and services with aim of maximizing profits. Role Accountabilities: Greet customers, respond to questions, inform about new products and services, and provide outstanding customer service. Handle customer complaints and provide on time resolutions Achieve monthly set sales targets and increase store sales Stay updated with current product knowledge and be aware on-going promotions Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts. Ensure all price sticker and price tickets are updated with the latest prices. Complete and maintain daily reports as required Adhere to Shop and Salesperson standards set Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
