Job Description

Summary:The Retail Distributions Specialist is responsible for developing and executing retail distribution strategies for luxury and niche brands, preferably in Perfumes. This includes identifying and targeting new retail partners, negotiating and managing distribution agreements, and overseeing the launch and execution of new product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury and niche retail market, as well as experience in developing and managing distribution strategies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail distribution strategies for luxury and niche brands
  • Identify and target new retail partners
  • Negotiate and manage distribution agreements
  • Oversee the launch and execution of new product lines
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners
  • Monitor and analyze retail sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional programs to support retail distribution
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that retail partners are well-stocked and have the latest product information
  • Travel to retail locations to meet with buyers and merchandisers
