Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a soon to open premium casual dining restaurant in Qatar who are looking for hire a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and oversee day to day operations, reporting directly to the owner.This Restaurant Manager will be responsible for executing the owners? vision, letting the ingredients , creating a place for the guests to stay, enjoy, linger and create memories.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to lead the team of approx.12 FOH to excel and deliver the best customer experience possible across both indoor and outdoor dining, supporting and motivating them, whilst also overseeing the Head Chef who run all things BOH. You will oversee the budgeting, forecasting and P&L.This role is crucial to the restaurant and is the face of the team, successfully combining an upscale casual fun environment with premium food and absolutely no compromise on quality and service.About youThe successful candidate must have experience managing an upscale casual concept, preferable in Qatar or the Middle East, therefore having awareness of government relations. Experience in opening and launching concepts is an added advantage. You must have managed a team of at least 10 for a number of years.Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential for a strong candidate however excellent English communication skills both verbal and written is essential.This role requires a strong experienced and charismatic manager, who can lead and develop the team and build lasting relationships with the customers.
