Job Purpose? Identify and resolve the reliability issues of the assigned plant.? Perform RCFA /BA/ Reliability Analysis for the reliability incidents.Key Job Accountabilities? Complying with Reliability programs and procedures such as Root cause failure analysis and Bad actor elimination process, and the section KPI?s.? Participating in the client reliability engineering section business plan for preparing higher management yearly review and approval.? Support the lead Reliability Engineer in developing and implementing policies and procedures consistent with business strategies and best practices as related to the section,? Providing efforts to ensure reliability, availability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, as required for the asset.? Liaising with external engineering resource to analyze and proactively eliminate reliability problems that contribute to unscheduled downtime or limit throughput.? Providing input to RAM studies for new projects and PTAI benchmarking studies.
